Preparing your documents before you apply speeds everything up. Here's exactly what we'll ask for, by loan type.
Salary Advance
Valid National ID
A clear copy of both sides. Digital photos from your phone are fine if the text is readable.
Professional work contract
Your current employment contract showing employer, role, and salary.
Bank statement (last 3 months)
From the account where your salary is deposited. PDF or printed copy.
Three latest payslips
Consecutive months. Must show gross salary, deductions, and net pay.
Marital status certificate
Issued by your sector office. Must be recent (within 6 months).
Business Loan
Valid National ID
A clear copy of both sides of the business owner or director ID.
RDB registration certificate
Proof of business registration with the Rwanda Development Board.
Bank or MoMo statement (last 6 months)
From your primary business account. Shows revenue flow and consistency.
Marital status certificate
Issued by your sector office. Must be recent (within 6 months).
Loan security documentation
Collateral documents, guarantor letters, or other security as applicable.
